Description
Half-figure portrait of a lady, appears to be 30-40 years old. Portrait has a folk art quality. Lady is wearing a dark dress with a low neckline with large billowing drop sleeves. The bodice is highly tucked and extends to a tightly corseted waist. White lace outlines the drop shouldered neckline and wrist cuffs. She is wearing a large amount of gold jewelry.
