Description
Old Paris Jacob Petit statues.
Female: elaborately hand painted; wears 18th century dress with blue corset over white skirt painted with sprigs of flowers. Bird rests on her arm to eye level.
Male: elaborately painted; wears 17th century costume with blue jacket with slashed sleeve, a tunic belt, elaborately painted pantaloons, and "slouch" boots. Wears hat with red feather and holds yellow horn.
Both figures raised on pedestals in Rococo Revival pattern with gilded cross hatching decoration.
