Provenance
Note from Mrs. Hudson: This sideboard is from the estate of Marjorie Brown Hunt, my grandmother, who graduated from Lucy Cobb. My grandmother told me that this sideboard was a wedding gift to my great-grandparents, Nina Younge Browne and Rhodes Browne. The sideboard stood in the dining room of their home at 1410 Stark Avenue, Columbus, Georgia. The house, a Federal cottage, was built in the 1830s.
