Mirror, Empire

Description

Empire ogee flame mahogany veneered rectangular mirror with original glass and silvering. The corner blocks with applied rosettes. All wood surfaces gilded.
This popular style mirror was used as a hanging wall mirror or often hung between mirror supports on top of a chest of drawers.
